1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using any Eazer app (Eazer Shops, Eazer Vendors, or Eazer Delivery), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract. Vendors and delivery partners must have legal authority to operate their business and, where required, valid licenses and permits.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate registration information and safeguarding your account. Notify us immediately at support@eazer.com if you suspect unauthorized access. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse promotions or circumvent suspensions.
4. Eazer Shops (customers)
- Orders are offers to purchase from independent vendors listed on the platform.
- Prices, availability, and delivery times are set by vendors and may change.
- You agree to provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information.
- Cancellations and refunds follow vendor policies and applicable law; contact support for disputes.
5. Eazer Vendors
- You are responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, food safety, and timely order fulfillment.
- You grant Eazer a license to display your listings, images, and branding within the platform.
- Payouts are subject to verification, minimum thresholds, and applicable fees disclosed in the app.
- Eazer may suspend vendors who violate policies, receive repeated complaints, or fail compliance checks.
6. Eazer Delivery (delivery partners)
- Delivery partners are independent contractors, not employees of Eazer.
- You must comply with traffic laws, deliver orders safely, and maintain any required vehicle documentation.
- Location sharing while available or on active deliveries is required to operate the service.
- Earnings and payouts are described in the app and may be adjusted for cancellations, fraud, or chargebacks.
7. Payments
Payments and wallet top-ups are processed by third-party providers (Paystack, Stripe). By paying through Eazer, you also agree to their terms. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Failed or reversed payments may result in account restrictions.
8. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Harass other users, vendors, riders, or support staff
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
- Submit false identity or payment information
- Circumvent fees, promotions, or account suspensions
9. Intellectual property
Eazer names, logos, software, and content are owned by Crystallux Group Inc. or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Eazer does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Vendors and delivery partners are third parties; Eazer is not responsible for the quality of goods sold or actions of independent partners beyond our platform obligations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crystallux Group Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid to Eazer in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred USD equivalent, whichever is greater, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
12. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time and may request account deletion per our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to users or the platform.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
