Frequently asked questions

How do I sign in?
Open the app and enter your phone number. We send a one-time password (OTP) by SMS. Vendors can also sign in with email and password where enabled.
I did not receive my OTP.
Check your signal and number format (include country code). Wait a minute and request a new code. If it still fails, email us with your phone number and app name.
How do I track my order? (Eazer Shops)
Go to the Orders tab after checkout. You will see status updates and, when available, live delivery tracking.
How do vendor payouts work? (Eazer Vendors)
Sales are credited to your wallet when orders are completed. Add a payout bank account under Account → Payout bank, then withdraw from Wallet & earnings.
How do delivery earnings work? (Eazer Delivery)
Accept offers from the Available tab. Earnings appear in your wallet after successful deliveries. Set up your bank account for withdrawals.
How do I request a refund?
Contact support with your order ID and reason. Refunds are reviewed according to vendor policies and payment provider rules.
