Which app do you use?
- Eazer Shops — customers ordering food, medicine, and supplies
- Eazer Vendors — restaurant and store owners managing orders
- Eazer Delivery — delivery partners fulfilling orders
Frequently asked questions
- How do I sign in?
- Open the app and enter your phone number. We send a one-time password (OTP) by SMS. Vendors can also sign in with email and password where enabled.
- I did not receive my OTP.
- Check your signal and number format (include country code). Wait a minute and request a new code. If it still fails, email us with your phone number and app name.
- How do I track my order? (Eazer Shops)
- Go to the Orders tab after checkout. You will see status updates and, when available, live delivery tracking.
- How do vendor payouts work? (Eazer Vendors)
- Sales are credited to your wallet when orders are completed. Add a payout bank account under Account → Payout bank, then withdraw from Wallet & earnings.
- How do delivery earnings work? (Eazer Delivery)
- Accept offers from the Available tab. Earnings appear in your wallet after successful deliveries. Set up your bank account for withdrawals.
- How do I request a refund?
- Contact support with your order ID and reason. Refunds are reviewed according to vendor policies and payment provider rules.
