Frequently asked questions
- How do I sign in?
- Eazer riders sign in with phone OTP. Eazer Driver supports phone OTP and email/password where enabled. Use the same registered phone or email when contacting support.
- I did not receive my OTP.
- Check your signal and number format (include country code, e.g. +234). Wait a minute and request a new code. If it still fails, email us with your phone number and app name.
- How do I request a ride?
- Open Eazer, set your pickup and destination on the map, choose Standard, XL, or Bike, and confirm your request. Compare driver offers, pay, and track your driver live.
- How do driver offers work?
- After you request a ride, nearby verified drivers submit offers with price and ETA. You choose the offer that works for you before the trip starts.
- How do I send a package?
- Tap Send package from Home, enter pickup and drop-off, choose a size, review the fee, pay with wallet or card, and track your courier until delivery.
- How do I top up my wallet?
- Go to Account → Wallet, choose a preset or custom amount, and complete checkout via Paystack. Your balance updates immediately for rides and packages.
- How do I get paid as a driver?
- Earnings appear in Account → Earnings after each completed trip or delivery. Link your bank account under Account → Bank account, then withdraw your available balance.
- What documents do I need to drive?
- Complete KYC with your NIN, selfie/liveness check, ID document, vehicle details, and four vehicle documents: plate photo, registration, insurance, and roadworthiness.
- How long does driver verification take?
- Review typically takes 1–2 business days after you submit all required documents. You will receive an email when there is a decision.
- What if I need help during a trip?
- Use in-app chat or call your driver/rider. For emergencies, open Safety (SOS) to call 112, reach your emergency contact, or share your live trip status.
- How do I cancel a ride?
- Cancel from the trip screen before or during the trip depending on status. Cancellation fees may apply. Contact support if you believe a charge is incorrect.
- How do referrals and promos work?
- Riders: Give ₦500, Get ₦500 when friends complete their first ride. Drivers: earn ₦2,000 when a referred driver completes 5 trips. Promo codes are applied at checkout.
- How do I delete my account?
- Go to Account → Settings → Delete account, or see our Delete Account page for full instructions.
