2. Information we collect
Account and profile
When you register or sign in, we collect your phone number, and may collect your email address, first and last name, and profile photo depending on the app and features you use.
Location
With your permission, we collect device location to suggest your region, autofill delivery addresses, match delivery jobs, and show order tracking on maps. Location is collected only while you use relevant features or, for delivery partners, while you are available for or completing deliveries.
Orders and communications
We process order details, delivery instructions, in-app chat messages, and support correspondence connected to your account.
Payments and payouts
Payment card and wallet transactions are processed by our payment partners. We store transaction references, wallet balances, and bank account details you provide for withdrawals or vendor/rider payouts.
Device and usage
We collect push notification tokens, app version, and basic diagnostic data needed to operate the service. Session tokens are stored securely on your device.
3. How we use your information
- Create and manage your account and authenticate you (including SMS OTP)
- Process orders, deliveries, payments, refunds, and payouts
- Send transactional notifications (order updates, payout alerts)
- Provide customer and vendor support
- Improve safety, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations
- Comply with applicable laws in Canada, Nigeria, and other markets we serve
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
We process data to perform our contract with you, with your consent (e.g. location, photos, push notifications), and where necessary for legitimate interests such as security and service improvement.
5. Third-party service providers
We share data with trusted processors only as needed to operate Eazer:
- Paystack / Stripe — payment processing
- Termii — SMS one-time passwords
- Amazon Web Services (S3) — secure media storage (photos, documents)
- Google Maps — maps, routing, and geocoding where enabled
- Apple Push Notification service / Firebase Cloud Messaging — push alerts
- Email providers — transactional email from support@eazer.com
These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
6. International transfers
Eazer is operated by Crystallux Group Inc. and serves multiple markets including Canada and Nigeria. Your data may be processed in countries where we or our providers maintain infrastructure. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
7. Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. Order and financial records may be kept longer where required for accounting, tax, or legal compliance. When you delete your account, we deactivate access and anonymize or delete personal data where retention is not legally required.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secure cloud storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; please protect your login credentials.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Withdraw consent for optional processing (e.g. push notifications via device settings)
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your data

10. Children
Eazer is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
