These instructions apply to the Eazer rider app and Eazer Driver partner app. For Eazer Shops, Vendors, or Delivery, see commerce account deletion.
Before you delete
- Download trip receipts or records you need before deletion.
- Complete or cancel any active trips or open ride requests.
- Withdraw remaining wallet balance or driver earnings where applicable.
- Deletion is permanent for app access; some records may be retained for legal compliance.
Option 1 — In-app
Eazer (Rider)
Account → Settings → Delete account. Confirm when prompted. You can also email support@eazer.com with subject Account Deletion Request.
Eazer Driver
Account → Settings → Delete account. Withdraw any available earnings first. Confirm when prompted.
Option 2 — Email request
- Email support@eazer.com
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include: app name (Eazer or Eazer Driver), registered phone number, and registered email if any
- We will verify ownership and process your request within 7–30 days
What we delete
- Account login access and authentication tokens
- Profile information (name, phone, email, avatar)
- Saved places and notification preferences
- Linked payment methods stored for in-app use (subject to payment partner rules)
What we may retain
We may retain trip history, payment records, KYC verification logs, fraud-prevention logs, and support correspondence as required by law or payment partners. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Processing time
Verified deletion requests are typically completed within 7–30 days. You will receive confirmation by email when finished.
