Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the Eazer rider app and Eazer Driver partner app only. For Eazer Shops, Eazer Vendors, or Eazer Delivery, see our commerce Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Eazer or Eazer Driver, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Drivers must have legal authority to operate their vehicle and, where required, valid driver's licence, permits, and insurance.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate registration information and safeguarding your account. Notify us at support@eazer.com if you suspect unauthorized access. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse promotions or circumvent suspensions.

4. Eazer (riders)

• Ride requests connect you with independent drivers who are not employees of Eazer.
• Fares, ETAs, and driver offers are displayed in the app before you confirm a trip.
• You agree to provide accurate pickup and drop-off information and to treat drivers respectfully.
• Cancellations may incur fees depending on trip status and local policy; contact support for disputes.
• Package delivery requests are subject to size, weight, and prohibited-items rules shown in the app.
• Tips are voluntary and go to the driver unless otherwise stated in the app.
• Promo codes and referral rewards are subject to program rules and may change or end at any time.

5. Eazer Driver (drivers)

This section constitutes the Driver Agreement between you and Crystallux Group Inc. when you use Eazer Driver.

• Drivers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Eazer.
• You must complete identity and vehicle verification before going online and keep documentation current.
• You must comply with traffic laws, maintain a safe and roadworthy vehicle, and provide professional service.
• Location sharing while online or on active trips and deliveries is required to operate the service.
• You may accept or decline incoming requests and, where enabled, submit price offers on open ride requests.
• Earnings, incentives, and payouts are described in the app and may be adjusted for cancellations, fraud, or chargebacks.
• Food and package delivery jobs require following in-app verification steps (e.g. OTP, proof of delivery).
• You are responsible for taxes and statutory obligations related to your earnings.
• Eazer may deactivate drivers who fail verification, receive repeated complaints, or violate these Terms.

6. Payments

Payments and wallet top-ups are processed by Paystack and other third-party providers. By paying through Eazer, you also agree to their terms. Failed or reversed payments may result in account restrictions.

7. Safety

Use in-app safety tools including SOS, emergency calling, and trip sharing. Eazer does not guarantee the actions of independent drivers or riders. Report safety incidents promptly through the app or support@eazer.com.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Harass riders, drivers, or support staff
• Submit false identity, vehicle, or payment information
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Circumvent fees, promotions, or account suspensions

9. Intellectual property

Eazer names, logos, software, and content are owned by Crystallux Group Inc. or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

10. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Ride-hailing involves inherent road and traffic risks. Eazer is a technology platform connecting riders and drivers; we do not provide transportation services directly.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crystallux Group Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Eazer in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred USD equivalent, whichever is greater, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

12. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time and request account deletion per our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a safety risk.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
