Delete your account

Before you delete

• Download any receipts or records you need before deletion.
• Complete or cancel any open orders or active deliveries.
• Withdraw remaining wallet balance where applicable (vendors and delivery partners).
• Deletion is permanent for app access; some records may be retained for legal compliance.

Option 1 — Email request (all apps)

Send an email from your registered address or include your registered phone number:

1. Email support@eazer.com
2. Subject line: Account Deletion Request
3. Include: app name (Eazer Shops, Eazer Vendors, or Eazer Delivery), registered phone number, and registered email if any
4. We will verify ownership and process your request within 7–30 days

Option 2 — In-app (where available)

Eazer Shops

Open Account → Contact support and request account deletion, or email support@eazer.com as above. In-app self-service deletion is being rolled out.

Eazer Vendors

Open Account → Contact support and request deletion. Settle outstanding payouts first.

Eazer Delivery

Open Account → Settings. If in-app deletion is shown, follow the prompts. Otherwise email support@eazer.com.

What we delete

• Account login access and authentication tokens
• Profile information (name, phone, email, avatar)
• Saved addresses and notification preferences
• Push notification registration

What we may retain

We may retain order history, payment records, tax documents, fraud-prevention logs, and support correspondence as required by law, payment partners, or legitimate business needs. Retained data is limited to what is necessary and protected according to our Privacy Policy.

Processing time

Verified deletion requests are typically completed within 7–30 days. You will receive confirmation by email when processing is finished.
