About the role

Job Responsibilities: . Make professional outbound calls to restaurants, grocery stores, retail businesses, pharmacies, local merchants, and potential corporate partners. . Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, website enquiries, and partnership requests. . Introduce and explain EAZER’s services, merchant benefits, pricing, onboarding process, and business opportunities. . Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with both major brands and small or independent businesses. . Generate qualified merchant leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Schedule presentations, demonstrations, meetings, and follow-up discussions. . Guide merchants through registration and onboarding on the EAZER platform. . Assist merchants with submitting business information, menus, products, pricing, operating hours, images, and required documents. . Coordinate with EAZER’s technical and operations teams to ensure merchants are properly activated. . Follow up with merchants until onboarding is completed and the business is ready to receive orders. . Develop and maintain positive relationships with merchants, community organizations, business associations, and strategic partners. . Support public-relations activities and represent EAZER professionally at meetings, events, community engagements, and business networking opportunities. . Prepare outreach materials, partnership proposals, presentations, and business communications. . Help increase public awareness and trust in the EAZER brand. Identify new market opportunities and recommend practical growth strategies. . Initiate, coordinate, oversee, and complete assigned business-development projects. . Track outreach activity, merchant applications, onboarding progress, partnerships, and performance results. . Prepare weekly reports showing calls made, leads generated, meetings completed, merchants signed, merchants activated, and projects completed. . Meet agreed weekly and monthly merchant-acquisition targets. . Handle sensitive business information professionally and maintain confidentiality. . Perform other reasonable business-development, customer-relations, and launch-support duties assigned by management. Wage: $25 per Hour

Requirements

The ideal candidate should: . Be legally entitled to work in Canada and be familiar with the Canadian business environment. . Have strong spoken and written English communication skills. . Be confident making outbound calls and approaching new businesses. . Have excellent customer-service, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. . Be bold, proactive, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers. . Be hardworking, dependable, organized, and results-oriented. . Be a strong goal achiever with the ability to meet deadlines and performance targets. . Be able to take initiative and work independently. . Have the ability to initiate, plan, coordinate, oversee, and complete projects. . Be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. . Have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. . Be comfortable using email, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online business tools. . Have experience in business development, sales, merchant acquisition, partnerships, customer service, public relations, or startup operations. . A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Sales, Entrepreneurship, or a related field would be an advantage but should not necessarily be mandatory if the candidate has strong relevant experience and proven results.
